Error description

• The LIST option of SCS function does not display the
  compression state for cluster defined as COMPRESSED

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For VSAM cluster defined as COMPRESSED, *
  *                      the compression state is not displayed  *

  *                      catalog services function.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the supplied PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  For VSAM cluster defined as COMPRESSED, the compression state
  is not displayed when the cluster is listed in SCS catalog
  services function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ditto/ESA SCS catalog services function will now include the
  compression status in the list of catalog entry when entry is
  defined with the COMPRESSED attribute.
  
  Users with the Japanese NLS feature have to install ptf for
  PM46983 following installation of ptf for PM46799.
