  *                      Client/Server Binary XML Format(IBM     *
  *                      defined binary XML format):             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During INSERT/LOAD using binary XML, when an XML document
  contains a text node with long text value(>16K bytes) followed
  by a new element with a name that has not been used before,
  DB2 parsed the same element twice which caused SQLCODE
  -20465(during INSERT) or with DSNU283I(during LOAD).
  
  This problem can be exposed by inserting an XML document
  with the following format:
  
   <element1>....a long text .....
           <element2>...</element2>
   </element1>
  

Problem conclusion

• The above DB2 10 for z/OS problem was fixed to prevent parsing
  the same element twice during INSERT/LOAD.
