PM46368: PROFESSIONAL SOMETIMES CRASHES WHEN SETTING A NEGATIVE NUMBER INTO A NUMERIC QUESTION

• Setting IOM.Info.Serial to a numeric question with a minimum
  value of zero causes Professional to crash on some machines
  since the value is -1 during debugging.  From the event viewer
