PM46350: TLB FUNCTION DOES NOT DISPLAY SEQUENCE NUMBER CORRECTLY IF GREATER THAN 9999.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Ditto is not handling the HDR/EOF Data Set Sequence Number when
  it is greater than 9999 i.e. when it begins with ? to indicate
  sequence is represented as 3 byte binary.

  TLB (tape label display) is not displaying
  the sequence number when this is greater
  than 9999.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ditto/ESA is now correctly handling tape sequence number when
  it is in range 10000 through 65535.
  Note: In TLB function, the file sequence number in the summary
        report is now displayed as 5 characters with leading
        zeroes suppressed.
        In TB function, the file number field is now 5 characters.
