Error description

  • When running an XLR from the Deployment Portal, and trying to
    refresh the data you are prompted to log in.
    
    When a user clicks the XLR in Deployment Portal, it comes up OK
    but when they try to refresh it they get a login prompt with an
    error message like this: "Your Enterprise Reporting user ID and
    password are not valid for this data source.  Enter the correct
    user ID and password then click OK."
    
    The default user is set to ADMIN.
    
    I see the same thing here in both 4.0 and 4.2 CADS.  I see the
    same thing using an 8.0 or 9.0 Query.
    
    To recreate the issue you can log in to SUPCDS42 on Scooby.

    Login in with your Iseries credentials.  Then go to
    /DEP/Excel2003 SC 80 DEP 1.xlr and run it.
    When it comes up refresh it and you will be prompted with the
    error above and a login screen.
    
    We should be able to pass in the user from the Deployment Portal
    session to the web addin, that has worked in previous versions.
