Error description

• While resizing the publisher port reminder for de-registere is
  getting executed before the reminder for register in high end
  Quad core machines

  Port resize will be done when ever user change the port size
  dynamically, While resizing the publisher port gets reminder
  for register,  and the original port will gets de-register.
  deregister is getting executed before the reminder for
  register in high end Quad core machines and after that
  register is never happened for that pub;lisher port
  

Problem conclusion

• While doing port resize wait for register reminder gets
  executed and then proceed for the De-registration process
