PM44869: PRINT REPORT WITH ACTIVE FORM AND MULTIPLE SHEETS REMOVES THE ENTIRE TM1RPTROW LINE.

Error description

• Using an Active Form, the TM1RPTROW line is missing when doing a
  Print Report using a title dimension with multiple sheets and
  saving as an Excel sheet snapshot.    Steps to reproduce using
  TM1 sample data:  -  Log in to planning sample and use the
  plan_Report cube default view.    -  After slicing out the
  Active Form, go to the Print Report wizard and click Sheet 1 on
  the 1st screen of the wizard.               -  Use the
  plan_chart_of_accounts as the selected dim on screen 2 of the
  wizard, as it only has 4 elements.  Choose the print multiple
  sheets option.      -  On the last screen choose Save as Excel
  Files, check Generate New Workbook for Each Title, Create
  Snapshot and choose the directory to send the files to.   -
  Open one of the generated files and note that the entire
  TM1RPTROW line is missing.  Expected: values should be there
  with no formulas.
  

Local fix

• Can use a slice from Server Explorer rather than an Active Form,
   or save as a PDF rather than as an Excel sheet.
