PM44494: Unable to open a file from a multiproject area in a single workspace (TLOG#67248)

Error description

• Hi
  
  There following issues with the multi projects in a single
  workspace.
  
  1. We get error -'Cannot open the file CommonIP.ttcn' when we
  try to open a file from the warning in the output window.
  This issue is seen only when we have multiple projects in a
  single workspace.
  
  2. Navigation (right click, 'Go To Definition?) will not work
  when we have a definition in a different project though we have
  dependencies set across projects.
