PM43963: Using 'unsigned' char creates test values that can crash the Validator when removed

  Having a variable, signal parameter etc of the type 'unsigned'
  char creates test values of '?'. Trying to remove these from the
  test values crashes Tau
  
  Work-Around:
  ----------------
  Remove all values instead of a value individually

  The range of values for unsigned char is not suitable for
  printing as chars. The best example is the value 0 which
  makes Tau crash.
  

Problem conclusion

• We have changed how unsigned char is read and written. It is
  now written as hex literals: 0x00 - 0xff. It can read hex or
  decimal values.
