APAR status

Error description

• When WPS.ear is starting this error is seen over 100 times:
  
  org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.commonarchivecore.internal.strategy.
  LoadStrategyImpl
  openNestedArchive(String) An error occurred while opening a
  nested archive:
  IWAE0034E Could not open the nested archive
  "b2bcontent/ZIP/RADVSBIAS.zip" in "wps.war"
  -
  The problem could be seen when starting any ear file that
  contains corrupted .jar and .zip files existing in the web
  module. When they are opened using the ZipFile class, the
  exception occurs and the only way to prevent this is to fix
  the corrupted files, or remove them from the web module.
  -
  What this fix is going to do is ignore the exception when the
  file is determined to be part of the content of the module and
  not part of the executable, basically if it is not in the
  WEB-INF/lib path. If the exception occurs and the file is not in
  WEB-INF/lib, the warning message is suppressed and the file is
  handled as a simple file.

  will cause the following exception to be logged:
  org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.commonarchivecore.internal.strategy.

  openNestedArchive(String) An error occurred while opening a
  nested archive:
  IWAE0034E Could not open the nested archive
  "b2bcontent/ZIP/incorrectZip.zip" in "archive.war"
  This exception is only a problem if the file being opened is in
  the WEB-INF/lib directory of the web module.
  Otherwise, the exception can be ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The exception is no longer displayed in cases where the
  file is not in the WEB-INF/lib directory.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.21.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
