There is a session key which is used to lookup and remove
session objects in ConnectionTable. This session key consists
of various parameters and one of them is session creation time
which is supplied by TransportConnection class in ORB
Extension.
The issue here is that there are two locations where this
session creation time is stored and when session is being
deleted, an incorrect session creation time is given by
TransportConnection class.
As a result, since session creation time isn't compatible with
the one which was used to insert this session object to
ConnectionTable, the code fails to delete an entry.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, objects are deleted from ConnectionTable
properly upon session is being destroyed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack  6.1.0.41, 7.0.0.21,and 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
