Error description

• Errors occur in the server or clients logs when
  sending Web service Message Transmission Optimization
  Mechanism (MTOM) enabled requests with Web services
  tracing.  The errors occur when com.ibm.ws.websvcs.*=all
  tracing is enabled. If this trace is disabled, the requests
  will work.

  Errors occur in the server or clients logs when sending Web
  service Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM)
  enabled requests with Web services tracing.  The errors occur
  when com.ibm.ws.websvcs.*=all tracing is enabled, and
  following exception could be thrown:
  org.apache.axiom.om.OMException: Referenced Attachment not
  found in the MIME Message.
  If this trace is disabled, the requests will work.
  

Problem conclusion

• JAX-WS MTOM transactions can now successfully occur with
  tracing enabled.
  
  This problem has been fixed for WAS v7.0 under PK71895.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.41.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
