Error description

• The processor is incorrectly using the default namespace on
  attribute tests inside of an XQuery direct attribute
  constructor such as the following:
  
  <a href="{$context/foo:doc/foo:elem[@id='b']/@attr)}">link</a>
  
  This incorrect usage of the default namespace may cause the
  attribute test to fail to match when it should not.
  
  The problem does not occur when a computed attribute
  constructor is used.
