Error description

• The eXtreme Scale mbean (ShardMBean) has a method
  (swapWithPrimary) that allows a replica shard to change roles
  with it's primary shard in another WXS container.   This can be
  used to balance the number of primaries in WXS Containers on the
  occasion where they have become imbalanced.     This APAR is
  intended to add the -swapShardWithPrimary option to the xsadmin
  utility so that the execution of ShardMBean.swapWithPrimary()
  becomes easier for the WXS end-user.

  Currently no way exists for users to invoke the
  ShardMBean.swapWithPrimary() mbean method with the xsadmin
  tool.
  Stopping and restarting individual containers within a
  data grid can result in an imbalance of primary and replica
  shards across the containers.  The swapWithPrimary() method
  provides a manual way to rebalance the shards.
  

Problem conclusion

• The xsadmin tool was updated to include the
  -swapShardWithPrimary
  option.
