PM40809: ABEND0C4 AT DSNGEFBK+0AAA AFTER ABEND IN DSNXEIST. 11/07/19 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• Dump Title: DET2,ABND=0C4-00000038,U=L77001  ,M=C9 ,C=101.EDM
  -GEPIS   ,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNGEDM .DSNGEFBK+0AAA
  ABEND0C4 at DSNGEFBK+0AAA happened because the header of a SKPT
  in the dynamic cache EDM pool was overlaid.
  The overlay happened because the area of the SKPT was allocated
  to another block too.

                             the x'7DA0' bytes SKPT at 48_E382D000
  This happened because a free block PMAP had incorrect length
  after an abend during the free of the block.
  ABEND04E RC00E70005 in DSNXEIST happened while freeing a 5 pages
  block at 48_E3828000.

  The ABEND recovery after the ABEND04E RC00E70005 made the block
  as a 13 pages free block although it should have been a 5 pages
  free block. The incorrect length of a free block caused overlay
  later.

  The control block used for error handling is not initiated for
  certain error paths, as a result when DB2 hit an error, the
  error recovery routine incorrectly calculates the storage size
  which could cause the storage overlay.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been changed to initiate the control block
