Problem conclusion
Added java environment variable com.ibm.websphere.thinclient=true when launching the administrative thin client so the code can check to find out what environment it is running from. If it is running from administrative thin client then the code will use the client code that is not required to have IBM JDK classes. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.1.
