Error description

• When using FM/DB2 option 4.4, Edit/Execute SQL (data set), after
  an initial iteration of executing SQL and receiving the SQL
  results, subsequent iterations (under the same TSO session) do
  not return SQL results.

  File Manager was not resetting an internal state indicator
  resulting in an unexpected program flow.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been updated in order to correctly reset it's
  internal status and correctly complete the requested function
  on subsequent attempts.
