PM37617: ENSURE CORRECT ORDER OF FIX PACK INSTALLATION AND INTERIM FIX UNINSTALLATION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You may observe some runtime code backlevelled after fix pack
  installation.
  
  During the installation of fix packs, previously installed
  interim fixes may be incorrectly uninstalled after the
  installation of the fix pack, resulting in the backlevelling of
  runtime code.
  

Local fix

• The user can uninstall all iFixes prior to installing a fixpacks
