Error description

CORBA.NO_PERMISSION error is logged intermittently.
According to the trace file, expiration time in WSCredential and
expiration time of LTPAToken in WSCredential are not identical.
In this case, expiration time of LTPAToken is shorter than
WSCredential. As a result, although the expiration time is valid
on the client, a server may throw CORBA.NO_PERMISSION exception
due to TokenExpiredException since expiration time validation is
performed by using LTPAToken.

to the trace file, expiration time in WSCredential and
expiration time of LTPAToken in WSCredential are not
identical. In this case, expiration time of LTPAToken is
shorter than WSCredential. As a result, although the
expiration time is valid on the client, a server may return
CORBA.NO_PERMISSION error due to TokenExpiredException
since expiration time validation is performed by using
LTPAToken.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, the code was modified to synchronize two
expiration time in tokens.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.41, 7.0.0.21, and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
