Error description

• 1. Produce more meaningful message when Load fails due to
  incorrect library setup.
  When load of module FMNMOD16 fails in
  an ISPF environment during File Manager
  initialization, File Manager
  incorrectly issues message:
  +INSUFFICIENT VIRTUAL STORAGE AVAILABLE
  on the system console log.
  2. Correct the Customization Guide where it discusses ISPLLIB
     DD.

  1. File Manager issues incorrect message when the load of
  module FMNMOD16 fails.
  2.The  load failure in the ISPF environment is due to the use of
  LIBDEF ISPLLIB to invoke File Manager.
  LIBDEF ISPLLIB cannot be used to invoke File Manager Base or
  IMS features.
  However LIBDEF ISPLLIB can be used to invoke File Manager DB2
  feature - as per the FMN2INIT sample.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been updated to :
  1. Issue an appropriate message to the ISPF user if the LOAD of
  module FMNMOD16 fails during File Manager initialization.
  2. Correct the documentation relating to the use of LIBDEF
  ISPPLIB and the ISPLLIB DD statement to invoke File Manager.
