Error description
ClearQuest CMserver_shutdown script causes ClearQuest Full-Text Search WebSphere Application Server profiles to also shutdown. Workaround: Manually start-up any CQ FTS WAS profiles when appropriate.
Local fix
Problem summary
The ClearQuest Web "cmserver_shutdown" unix script calls the ewas_shutdown script which in turn shuts down all running ClearQuest profiles, including ClearQuest Full Text Search profiles.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.9. A fix has been made to the ClearQuest Web "cmserver_shutdown" unix script so it only shutdowns the ClearQuest Web cmprofile process and leaves all ClearQuest Full Text Search profiles running.
