APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• NumberFormatException thrown during rendering via the web
  content viewer when the ifNoneMatch http response header is not
  an integer.
  
  For the given code, we assumed it was always an integer (hence
  the NumberFormatException), however the argument we are using
  resulted in the etag containing non-numerical data. The fix
  removes the integer assumption, and therefore removed the cause
  of the exception.
