  Problem Description:
   Customer is getting
   DCLQUE-02,012  "&TBNAME" CANNOT BE RESOLVED FROM DB2 CATALOG
   when &TBNAME is an ALIAS for a real DB2 table.
  
  Problem Summation
   MU's logic for retrieving column definition does not provide
   for alias handling.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
   Logic was added to: FSYDB2D1 and FSYDB2P1 programs to retrieve
   the real table name from SYSIBM.SYSTABLES catalog.
  
  
  Impacted SFSYLOAD modules: FSYDB2P1
  
  Impacted SFSYEZTS program: FSYDB2D1
  
  
  Special handling:
   Activating FSYDB2P1:
    No action is required.
  
   Activating FSYDB2D1:
     Users must re-compile and bind FSYDB2D1 program for this
     change to take effect.
     To re-compile and bind, run jobs JCCOBSQL and JCCOBBND after
     this change is applied.
  
    Note that compiling and binding process is described in the
    reference manual, Chapter 11 page 199, section "Activating
    Call Attachment Facility (CAF) for DB2 users.
