  There is a limitation in the license keys generated that
  prevent them from taking advantage of the TS_ONE_OK feature
  in FlexLM.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified PurifyPlus license checking to allow product to run
  on Workstation versions of Windows (for example Windows 7)
  as long as an Authorized User license for PurifyPlus exists
  on the system. This fix does not extend to Server versions
  of Windows (for example Windows Server 2008)  which still
  require a floating license.
