  In DB2 10 for z/OS, the DSNL030I message was changed to remove
  the AUTHID field in favor of the THREAD-INFO field, which
  contains an authorization ID component, but an incorrect
  authorization ID parameter was provided in certain CSECTs.
  This may cause the DSNL030I message to reflect an erroneous
  authorization ID that is unrelated to the failure being
  reported.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 10 for z/OS is changed to provide the appropriate
  authorization ID values for the DSNL030I message.
