Error description

During wsadmin initialization, when wsadmin.script.libraries are
being processed, a Jython import may fail silently, thus making
users unaware of the import failure.

Local fix

User can specify the order in which the library files are
processed, to ensure that the Jython namespace is populated
correctly.

During wsadmin initialization, when wsadmin script libraries
are being processed, a jython script import may fail silently.
You may be unaware of the import failures until wsadmin
tracing is enabled.

Problem conclusion

The fix has improved the script libraries error handling to
display the script import failures to the screen and
SystemOut log when a jython script fails to import during
wsadmin initialization. You do not need to enable wsadmin
tracing to find out the import failures.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
