PM32674: CANNOT ACCESS CONTENT VIA WORKFLOW APPROVAL EMAIL USING REMOTE ACTIONS WHILE USING SSO

Error description

• Accessing a content using remote actions via a workflow approval
  email while the system is setup to use Single Sign On will
  result in AuthoringUIView.jsp for WCM Authoring portlet to
  have a null pointer exception and the content not displaying.
  

Local fix

• Null check to cater for scenarios where there are no cookies set
  in the request.
