PM31425: INLINE EDIT "EDIT" BUTTON IS NOT DISPLAYED WHEN USER HAS EDIT AC CESS ON DRAFT STAGE

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1. Create new user userA. Give userA contributor access to the
    test library.
    2. Assign userA to "Editor" role for content resource type for
    this library.
    3. Create a workflow with draft and publish stage. UserA should
have edit access on draft stage and approve access on publish
    stage.
    4. Create content (ContentA) which uses this workflow.
    5. Create a menu which will display this content (for eg: create
a menu which will display all content under sitearea of
    ContentA.)
    6. The result design of menu should reference an authoring tools
    element.
    7. Now login as userA preview the menu.

Expected result: userA should be able to see the "Edit" link for
    contentA
Actual result: The "edit" link is not displayed for userA.
