  Attempting to use the -baseOutputURI option with the
  ExecuteXSLT command line driver results in the following
  error: "[IXJCI0120E] Unknown argument: '-baseOutputURI'"
  

Problem conclusion

• The -baseOutputURI option is now recognized and has the
  correct effect.
  
  This APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in the Feature
