Error description

• RemovedReaper is used for cleaning long term disconnected
  relicas. Over a long period of time this object is leaking
  which causes slow CPU creep.

  RemovedReaper objects were leaking and causing the slow
  increase in processor utilization.
  Java core collections taken several days apart show the
  number of these objects increasing.
  

Problem conclusion

• A future cumulative fix will correct this problem in WebSphere
  eXtreme Scale Version 7.1.
