Problem summary

• Problem Summary:
  When migrating from 5.1.0.x to 6.1.0.4, Menu Component: "Results
  per page?" field does not carry from previous version , instead
  gets set to 10
  
  Detailed Problem Description:
  After migration, all Menus now have
  Results per page set to 10 for all menus
  
  Problem Analysis:
  During the migration export of a menu component, the elements
  per page from 5.1 is saved to field "m_elementsPerPage" but in
  6.x, the import ignores that fieldt and instead reads the value
  from field "m_defaultElementsPerPage"; if there is no such
  field, we use the default value of 10.
  
  
  Affected Users:
  Any users migrating from 5.1.0.x to 6.1.x with menu components
  whose Results Per Page fields are set to values other than 10.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem Solution:
  During transformation, add a new fieldt
  "m_defaultElementsPerPage" and assign it the value obtained from
  "m_elementsPerPage".
