PM29751: SAMPLE PIF PROGRAM EQQPIFJX RETURNS SA03 WHEN PERFORMING CLEANUP

Error description

• WHen performing a JS Cleanup process, the program fails with
  ABENDA03 ABENDSA03 SA03 along with the following message.
   EQQY802E FAILED TO READ RECORD WITH KEY: xxxxx

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND SA03 when performing JS Cleanup   *
  *                      by using EQQPIFJX sample.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  The General Service invoked by the PIF returned an RC=8 during
  a read request in the JS (due to a record not found).
  The EQQPIFJX terminates, but since the TCP/IP communication was
  used, there is the communication task still active waiting for
  work. This is catched by the SA03 abend.
  The received RC=8 from PIF invocation in EQQPIFJX was not
  properly handled.
  

Problem conclusion

• EQQPIFJX is now closing the TCP/IP communication used, if any,
  before terminating the sample execution, when RC=8 is returned
  from EQQYCOM.
