Error description

  • PLIDUMP hangs when TRACE option is specified.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The Trace option (T) of PLIDUMP may not work
    correctly when it is issued from within an ON ERROR handling
    block. Back trace before the ON ERROR block is not available and
     sometimes it may cause the program to hang.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The PL/I for AIX library is changed so the
    Trace option (T) of PLIDUMP is working correctly when it is
    issued from an ON ERROR handling block.
