  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. Sample FMNSAMSP will terminate with  *
  *                      the following messages and RC16:        *
  *                      FMNBB060 REXX procedure statements      *
  *                      processed by REXX                       *
  *                      FMNBB382 REXX exec terminated with      *
  *                      RC -3                                   *
  *                      FMNBB336 Copy procedure terminated.     *
  *                       0 rec(s) copied                        *
  *                      2. File Manager may abendsoc4 when      *
  *                      using a procedure with the              *
  *                      Find/Change utility if the input        *
  *                      data set is a HFS data set and the      *
  *                      'REXX no update' has not been           *
  *                      selected.                               *
  *                      3. The File Manager Copy utility        *
  *                      may abends0c4 when logging has          *
  *                      been request for the utility.           *
  *                      4. When an invalid prefix command is    *
  *                      specified all preceding prefix          *
  *                      commands will be lceared without        *
  *                      being processed.                        *
  *                      5. File Manager may abends0c4 when      *
  *                      the RESET command is issued from a      *
  *                      member list panel.                      *
  *                      6. The Find/Change Utility panel        *
  *                      is incorrectly redisplayed after        *
  *                      the first members have been             *
  *                      selected from the F/Change Member       *
  *                      List panel.                             *
  *                      7. File Manager may abends0c4 when      *
  *                      comparing load nodules.                 *
  *                      8. When cancelling out of the Member    *
  *                      List panel for Compare Utility: Old     *
  *                      Data Set the Compare Utility: New       *
  *                      Data Set panel is displayed instead     *
  *                      of the Compare Utility: Old Data Set    *
  *                      panel.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  1. There is a space between WRITE and (OUT2) in the REXX
  procedure. File Manager. Previous versions of FM did not
  produce an error due to parsing differences.
  2. The NOUPDATE parameter is not being checked when a HFS data
  set is input to the Find/Change utility and a procedure has been
  provided.
  3. An incorrect index is being used when logging the output data
  set information.
  4. The prefix clear flag is being incorrectly set.
  5. RESET command processing is incorrectly assuming an ISPF
  variable will always be there.
  6. When processing the F/Change Member List panel the panel
  is exited when a member has been selected.
  7. Incorrect output data set pointer is being used.
  8. Incorrect logic causing wrong panel to be displayed.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Sample FMNSAMSP will be updated to remove the space.
  2. The message FMNBE997 will be issued if a HFS data set is
  input to the Find/Change utility and a procedure has been
  supplied and the function will be terminated.
  3. File Manager has been modified to correct the problem.
  4. Valid prefix commands will not be cleared until processed.
  5. The RESET command when issued from a member list will not
  cause an abendS0C4.
  6. The F/Chnage Memebr List will be not be exited until the Exit
  or Cancel key has been entered.
  7. File Manager load module compare has been corrected.
  8. The Compare Utility: Old Data Set panel will be displayed whe
  cancelling out of the Member List for the old data set.
