PM28083: STATISTICS INCLUDE REPORT DATE AND TIME PROBLEM

Error description

• Creating "STATISTICS TRACE - SHORT" Report with //SYSIN
  
     GLOBAL
     STATISTICS TRACE DDNAME(STRPTDD)
                      LAYOUT(SHORT)
     INCLUDE(SUBSYSTEM(D2P2))
     EXEC
  
  customer noticed that the Date and Time of the BEGIN RECORD on
  HIGHLIGHTS section for the the first five interval records
  report incorrect information:

   BEGIN RECORD: 11/08/10 07:00:06.33 <---- !!!
   END RECORD  : 11/07/10 06:30:03.94
  
  But using GLOBAL INCLUDE(SUBSYSTEM(D2P2)) customer could create
  correct report
