Problem conclusion

• Add a new method creaetAuthoringTemplate() in Workspace
  interface to create a authoring template.
  A new method getPrototype() in AuthoringTemplate to get and
  update elements.

      Returns the ContentPrototype for this authoring template. To
  update the content prototype, save this authoring template.
  
      Returns:
          a reference to the content prototype

  AuthoringTemplate createAuthoringTemplate()
                                            throws
  DocumentCreationException,
  
  AuthorizationException
  
      Creates a new AuthoringTemplate.
  
      Returns:
          the new AuthoringTemplate object
      Throws:
          DocumentCreationException - if the object cannot be
  created
          AuthorizationException - if the user does not have
  access
