  PMI counters are not synchronized and the message queue counter
  is growing infinitely because of this synchronization issue.
  

Problem conclusion

• The message queue PMI counter is now synchronized so the
  counter is reporting the real queue size values
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.11. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
