• ABEND0C1 RC00000001 from DSNTLPLK OFFSET0A3C when issuing the
  NOTIFY to invalidate the XML schema grammar in the cache while

  *                      termination may occur when coexisting   *
  *                      with DB2 10 for z/OS in a data sharing  *
  *                      group.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  ABEND0C1-01 DSNTLPLK +0A3C and DB2 termination may occur
  on a DB2 9 for z/OS or on a DB2 8 for z/OS member when
  coexisting with a DB2 10 for z/OS member in a data sharing
  group.
  
  When one of the following conditions occurs:
  
  1. DSNXSR database is dropped
  2. any index in DSNXSR database is dropped
  3. recover to point in time of any table
     space in DSNXSR database
  4. recover to point in time of any table
     space in the catalog
  5. SYSXSR.XSR_REMOVE is invoked
  6. SYSXSR.XSR_COMPLETE is invoked
  
  DB2 10 for z/OS sends a notification to data sharing members
  because of a possible change to the DSNXSR database.  If any
  data sharing member is prior to DB2 10 for z/OS, then the
  notification is not handled.  This may cause the data sharing
  member to abend and terminate.
  
  Note, the DSNTIJRT migration job may cause the DSNXSR
  database to be dropped.
  

Problem conclusion

• The notification for the XML schema cache is unnecessary
  in V10 CM mode.  DB2 10 for z/OS is modified to not send
  the notification in CM mode.
