Error description

• The Site Analyzer log event is written twice on login and logout
  to the Portal.
  The logs look like this when there is only one login and logout
  executed by the user:

Problem summary

• The Site Analyzer log event is written twice on login and
  logout to the Portal.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed login and logout code to only call the Site
  Analyzer Logging once.
