Error description
When the AgentManager sends work to partitions, they are dispatched serially when a list of keys is provided. This APAR requests to have WebSphere eXtreme Scale send them out concurrently to increase throughput when using the AgentManager function. The eXtreme Scale dynamic cache plug-in implementation uses this AgentManager function for its invalidate function causing performance to be adversely affected.
