PM26138: TM1 9.5.1 HF8 BREAKS THE UDC AND ROLLUP FUNCTIONS FOR NON-ADMIN USERS IN A DIMENSION WITH ELEMENT SECURITY ASSIGNMENTS.

Error description

• After installing the Hotfix 8 for the TM1 9.5.1 Server Software
  for Windows x64 (Build 9.5.10008,9537), in a dimension having
  element security assignments the UDC and Rollup functions fail
  to work when execetud by a non-ADMIN user.???Depending on the
  version of the TM1 Client connected to the TM1 9.5.1 HF8 Server
  for Windows x64, the error differs silghtly. But no matter the
  version of the TM1 Client, a non-ADMIN user cannot any longer
  create non-empty UDCs or Rollups in a dimension having element
  security assignments.???Using the plain TM1 9.5.1 Architect
  (Build 9.5.10000.5424), doing so will fail with the error
  message:??TM1 Warning?You have requested the display of a
  subset/dimension which contains elements to which you do not
  have read access privileges. Those elements have been removed
  from the display.??After clicking away the error message an
  empty Rollup or UDC is created having zero elements.???Using the
  TM1 9.5.1 HF8 Architect (Build 9.5.10008.9543), the error
  message is no longer displayed, but the new Rollup is still
  empty, and in a UDC the empty inner subset cannot be added as an
  element to the outer subset. ????NOTE:?This does work with the
  plain TM1 9.5.1 Server Software for Windows x64 (Build
  9.5.10000.5425).??
