With RequisitePro 7.1.2: When RequisitePro is opened in Disconnected mode, or you do not have a 'RequisitePro' floating license, the error message 'Protection Violation' is shown when clicking on any option of the main menu.

This is an issue created by an incorrect handling of the license in scenarios described above.
Problem conclusion
There were missing validations in handling the license. This err or has been corrected and menus can be accessed.The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version 7.1.2.2
