Error description

• With RequisitePro 7.1.2:
  When RequisitePro is opened in Disconnected mode, or you do not
  have a 'RequisitePro' floating license, the error message
  'Protection Violation' is shown when clicking on any option of
  the main menu.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  Attempt to work with Menus shows a
  Protection violation error message and menus cannot be used.
  This is an issue created by an incorrect handling of the
  license in scenarios described above.
  

Problem conclusion

• There were missing validations in handling the license. This err
  or has been corrected and menus can be accessed.The fix for this
   APAR was included in RequisitePro version 7.1.2.2
