  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: THIS FIX ADDRESSES SEVERAL ISSUES       *

  SUMMARY OF ADMIN_INFO_SQL AND DSNADMSB EVENTS:
  
  ADMIN_INFO_SQL and DSNADMSB were sometimes not producing the
  correct output when creating DDL and STATS output files. Here
  are a list of reported issues.
  
  - DSNADMSB fails with a DSNA601I error for the OUTPUT_INFO
    parameter when the input JCL includes sequence numbers
    and/or blanks.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL syntax error in CREATE LOB TABLESPACE in DDL.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL PSID column value in SYSINDEXSPACESTATS insert
    is incorrect in STATS.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL NULL value inserted into a not null column in
    SYSINDEXSPACESTATS insert in STATS.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL INCLUSIVE added incorrectly in CREATE TABLE
    with hash access in DDL.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL UNIQUE key not correctly added to CREATE TABLE
    causing ALTER TABLE to fail when adding a foreign key in DDL.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL syntax error in CREATE TABLE duplicate unique
    clause in DDL.
  
  - ADMIN_INFO_SQL Parent table not created causing ALTER TABLE
    to fail when adding a foreign key in DDL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The reported ADMIN_INFO_SQL AND DSNADMSB DDL and STATS problems
