Problem conclusion
Several optimizations have been applied to the components responsible for loading and processing schema documents to help improve the start-up performance of applications which load XML schema metadata with the Feature Pack for XML. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 1.0.0.9.
