  This APAR provides an improvement to the performance of XML
  Schema document loading which occurs within the IBM WebSphere
  Application Server Feature Pack for XML.
  

Problem conclusion

• Several optimizations have been applied to the components
  responsible for loading and processing schema documents to
  help improve the start-up performance of applications which
  load XML schema metadata with the Feature Pack for XML.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.9. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
