  When adding an enterprise bundle archive (EBA) asset to a
  business level application (BLA), web servers do not appear as
  available targets in the "Map composition unit to a
  target" panel.  The Feature Pack for SCA limits the possible
  deployment targets to application servers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Feature Pack for SCA is changed to not restrict the
  available deployment targets when adding a non-SCA asset.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.1.9. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
