• MSGDIT0390I issued when invoking Ditto/ESA
  for VSE from CMS user and third byte of
  userid is "S".

  *                      for VSE from CMS user and third byte of *
  *                      userid is "S" or "E".                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the supplied PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Ditto/ESA is incorrectly determining it is being invoked from a
  CICS session when the third character of CMS userid is "E" and
  DITSECUR assembled with SYSPARM='CICSBSM' or third character
  is "S" and DITSECUR assembled with SYSPARM='VSE'
  

Problem conclusion

• Ditto/ESA now correctly determines if it has been invoked from
  CICS before determining if MSG DIT0390I has to be issued.
