• This is for checking in the backport container for WAS PM22501.
  Original Problem:
  It is impossible to set the content type on a resource response
  inside a JSP that a resource request forwards to.
  Normally the JSP should be able to set the content type via a
  page directive, e.g.
  <%@ page session="false" buffer="none"
  contentType="text/javascript" %>

  to start the server again.
