Error description

  • User able to update CICS/VSAM dataset when FM/CICS FMN3POPT
specifies SEC=YES, and FILEM.CICS.UPDATE access is none. Also,
SEC=YES has been specified on CICS SIT parameter, and
RESSEC(YES) for transactions FM and FMVU in FMN3INST.
