Error description

• When using JRIO to write to a shared dataset using
  FileOutputRecordStream, a FileNotFoundException will be thrown.
  
  A review of the -DRIOJADEBUG trace may show the following error:
  
  Key=EDC5061I An error occurred when attempting to define a file
  to the system.; Value=61

Problem summary

• JRIO reported an unexpected FileNotFoundException because it
  passed a file name not in a format required by fopen.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed JRIO code to pass a file name in a correct format to
  fopen.
  
  This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR12 FP3
  
  The problem was introduced by APAR IZ55334
  
  Fixed with Hursley defect 171290
  
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20101208 or later
