After installing an interim Fix for APAR PM16948, the
following error might occur:

7.0.0.11, the following error might occur:

Problem conclusion

This problem was introduced by the iFix for APAR PM16948.  The
Web services engine has been changed to avoid this problem.

This problem only applies when the iFix for APAR PM16948 is
installed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
